根據(jù)批復(fù)的濟(jì)南水穩(wěn)砼底基層配合比確定各種材料的比例，采用拌合機(jī)進(jìn)行拌合。拌合前先檢測(cè)場(chǎng)內(nèi)各規(guī)格集料的含水率，并計(jì)算當(dāng)天的施工配合比，實(shí)際生產(chǎn)配合比的拌和含水率應(yīng)較佳含水率大于0.5%～1%，以補(bǔ)償攤鋪及碾壓過程中的水分損失。

運(yùn)輸采用大噸位自卸汽車，汽車的尾部尺寸符合攤鋪機(jī)喂料斗的要求，運(yùn)輸能力要與拌合樓產(chǎn)量和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)攤鋪能力相匹配。運(yùn)輸車輛在裝料時(shí)應(yīng)派專人指揮前后移動(dòng)，先裝前部，再裝后部，后再裝中間，防止出現(xiàn)混合料離析現(xiàn)象。

車輛按規(guī)定線路行駛，不得在養(yǎng)生期間的鋪筑層行使，車輛行走速度不宜太快，保證運(yùn)輸安全。混合料要盡快運(yùn)至鋪裝現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，保證及時(shí)、連續(xù)和安全。車輛倒車時(shí)在攤鋪機(jī)前30cm處停住，卸料時(shí)掛空擋，注意不要撞擊攤鋪機(jī)，不要把料卸在攤鋪機(jī)外面。
