塑膠跑道瀝青基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)要求介紹

膠跑道瀝青砼基礎(chǔ)必須符合體育設(shè)施驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、《瀝青路面施工及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》（GB50092）和塑膠層施工工藝技術(shù)要求：

The asphalt concrete foundation of the rubber track must comply with the acceptance standards for sports facilities, the "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Asphalt Pavements" (GB50092), and the technical requirements for the construction process of the plastic layer:

1.基底采用8-12噸壓路機(jī)碾壓數(shù)遍。壓實(shí)度應(yīng)大于95%，碾壓后表面無輪跡印，不得出現(xiàn)松軟、彈簧等現(xiàn)象。

1. The base is compacted several times using an 8-12 ton roller. The compaction degree should be greater than 95%, and there should be no wheel marks on the surface after rolling, and there should be no looseness, spring or other phenomena.

2.瀝青材料質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

上面層為30mm厚AC-10細(xì)粒式瀝青混凝土；下面層為50mm厚AC-20中粗粒式瀝青混凝土。

各項(xiàng)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和較佳瀝青用量要求，級配合理，舉杯良好的施工性能。

瀝青混凝土施工時(shí)應(yīng)配備足夠的施工機(jī)械，要求采用進(jìn)口攤鋪機(jī)。在施工的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)中要特別注意不同的溫度控制要求，以保證壓實(shí)度達(dá)到規(guī)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

4.瀝青面層驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

（1）壓實(shí)度大于97%、平整度（3米直尺）誤差小于13mm。

（2）表面整潔，粘結(jié)牢固，不得有碾壓車輪印記、裂紋、蜂窩麻面、油包及油污。

(2) The surface should be clean, firmly bonded, and free from roller marks, cracks, honeycomb pits, oil pockets, and oil stains.

5.塑膠跑道橫向坡度不大于0.8%、縱向坡度不大于0.1%；塑膠球場排水坡度宜為0.3%。

5. The lateral slope of the plastic runway shall not exceed 0.8%, and the longitudinal slope shall not exceed 0.1%; The drainage slope of the plastic court should be 0.3%.
