濟(jì)南水穩(wěn)砼廠家提醒您，在開始拌合前，拌合場的備料應(yīng)滿足3~5天的攤鋪用料。每天開始攤鋪前，應(yīng)檢查場內(nèi)各處集料的含水量，計算當(dāng)日的配合比，外加水與天然含水量的總和要比佳含水量略高1個百分點。

攤鋪后壓路機(jī)應(yīng)及時進(jìn)行碾壓。一次碾壓長度一般為50m左右。穩(wěn)壓要充分，振壓不起浪花、不推移。壓實時，可以先穩(wěn)定（遍數(shù)適中，壓實度達(dá)到85%）→開始輕振動碾壓→再重振動碾壓→后穩(wěn)壓，壓至無輪跡為止。碾壓過程中，可用灌砂法檢測壓實度，不合格時，重復(fù)再壓（注意檢測壓實時間）。直至碾壓壓實度合格為止。
